Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across warehouse management, integrations, and supply chain processes. This role supports major initiatives and requires the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
Core Expertise

• Strong SAP EWM experience: receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, handheld devices.
• Solid working knowledge of CIF, DRF, QRFC, PPF, EWM RF Framework.

Integration Experience (Hands-On Required)

• ECC ? EWM interfaces
• WCS/MFS ? EWM interfaces
• S/4
  
  HANA EWM Decentralized
• S/4 TMS ? EWM

Additional Skills

• Working knowledge of Labor Management
• Experience with Material Flow Systems
• Ability to plan and lead SAP Fit-to-Standard workshops
• ABAP knowledge sufficient to validate technical documentation
• Strong exposure to non-SAP system interfaces
• Ability to map and translate user requirements into functional & technical specifications

Experience Requirements

• 6+ years across supply chain processes; life sciences industry preferred
• Strong understanding of SAP coding with ability to debug/interpret existing code
• Experience with middleware and legacy system integrations
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable features
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels (users ? development ? leadership)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• SAP EWM certification preferred
