SAP S4 HANA SD Consultant

Location: Raritan, NJ

Description: Our client is currently seeking a SAP S4 HANA SD Consultant

This job will have the following responsibilities:

Strong hands on expertise in the SAP SD Consignment process, including fill up, issue, returns, and settlement

activities.

Deep understanding of end to end Sales & Distribution (SD) processes, covering order management, delivery,

billing, pricing, and logistics execution.

Ability to function as a techno functional consultant, bridging business requirements with technical solutions.

Skilled in identifying, designing, and validating enhancements, including user exits, BADIs, enhancement spots,

and custom routines.

Strong experience in configuring and troubleshooting pricing routines, copy controls, and output determination.

Excellent knowledge of IDoc processing, including monitoring, error resolution, and reprocessing.

Hands on experience working with interfaces and EDI integrations, ensuring seamless data flow with external systems.

Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging to support issue resolution and validate custom developments.

Capable of preparing functional specifications, test cases, and supporting UAT with business users.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills with the ability to work across functional and

technical teams.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead and support SAP S/4

HANA SD module implementation and enhancement projects.

Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales, order management, pricing, shipping,

billing, and customer master data.

Configure SAP SD module including sales order types, pricing procedures, delivery and billing processes.

Integrate SD with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM.

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP developers.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide end-user training and documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP SD processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
