OverviewThe L1 Technicians will provide onsite technical support for J&J environments, covering Project Osprey and TLM (Technology Lifecycle Management) initiatives. These roles focus on technology refresh of Microsoft Teams rooms/Zoom rooms.
Responsibilities- Provisioning of new Teams/Zoom computers
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities for technology refreshes
- Troubleshoot device and connectivity issues
- Support daily operational tasks and end‑user support
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and reporting
- 5 days per week on site business hours
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel for logging, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to perform structured UAT testing with attention to detail.
- Willingness and capability to work fully onsite in a high‑visibility client environment.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and customer focus.
