SAP Profitability and Performance Management; PaPM Consultant

Overview

Akkodis is seeking an SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Consultant for an onsite Contract role in Raritan, NJ
. The ideal candidate will support end‑to‑end implementation and optimization of SAP PaPM digital profitability models, providing expertise in performance simulation, cost allocation, and advanced financial modeling to support business decision‑making.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Supporting Digital SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) modeling, configuration, and analysis
• Designing allocation rules, performance models, cost drivers, and profitability simulations within SAP PaPM
• Collaborating with finance, business, and IT teams to translate performance‑management requirements into SAP PaPM logic
• Configuring and maintaining PaPM environments including functions, data flows, process templates, and simulations
• Supporting validation of profitability models, scenario planning, and high‑volume calculation execution
• Providing documentation, user support, and technical guidance to stakeholders

• 6–8 years of experience working with SAP PaPM or similar financial performance‑management tools
• Strong understanding of cost modeling, profitability analysis, allocation logic, and enterprise performance simulations
• Experience integrating PaPM with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, BW, or related financial systems
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills; ability to partner with finance stakeholders
• Knowledge of digital profitability tools and performance‑analytics frameworks

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
