Job Description

HANA, and SAP ECC Global Finance Business services. Improve IT product quality through preventative measures and automation. Ensure an agreed level of IT service for all current services and deliver future services to agreed targets. Manage full SLM lifecycle (creating SLAs/OLAs/contracts, defining requirements, monitoring、reporting、performing reviews) including CSI initiatives. Review forecasts, pricing, and billing with partners/customers. Educate partners and users on engaging with Application Management (portfolio changes, request catalog, etc.).

Manage NC/CAPA and maintain the portfolio of business applications under AM support, ensuring CMDB data accuracy. Perform impact assessment and high‑level cost estimation. Oversee Incident Management, drive solutions, collaborate with technology service teams to investigate incidents end‑to‑rometer, and monitor resolution progress. Provide guidance on problem analysis, root cause identification, prioritization, and classification. Execute Knowledge Lifecycle activities (strategy, capture, structuring, retention, access, sharing).

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field plus 7 years of experience in a comparable IT Manager – ERP Application Service Maintenance role.
