Business Analyst
Location: Raritan, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months (possible extension)
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Experience in customer service and training coordination is required
- Must be able to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively
- Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, and decision‑making skills
- Must be able to define, shape, and drive projects to completion while collaborating strategically with others with little supervision
- Must be able to influence others
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS Office tools required
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills required
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Results‑driven, quick learner, and self‑starter required
- Experience with Agile and SDLC is preferred
