Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Analyst/Developer – General 1. The work will be done fully onsite at the Rapid City, SD Engineering Design Center, 5 days per week. This is a long-term 24-month position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to approximately $22/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job SummaryCullerton Group is seeking an entry‑level Full‑Stack Web Developer to support the development of internal tooling and public‑facing web applications. This role will focus on building and maintaining modern web applications, content management systems, and business workflow support tools. The selected candidate will work in a collaborative team environment contributing to both greenfield development projects and enhancements to existing and legacy systems.

- Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications, including backend APIs
- Maintain and modernize legacy web applications
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Project Managers, QA, and other developers to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Participate in version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Bachelor’s degree (or 2‑year technical degree with equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships accepted) in web development
- Working knowledge of React, Node.js, and Express
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience developing REST APIs and single‑page applications
- Experience with C# and ASP.NET (Web Forms)
- Version control experience (Git)
- Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Experience developing applications in Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Experience with Microsoft Access
- Experience with Visual Basic or Win Forms
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies
