As part of the Sales Execution Leadership Team, the Pricing and Sales Insight Specialist supports business strategies and provides successful outcomes by creating meaningful insights into topics related to pricing, products, and market trends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Evaluate pricing strategies and recommend adjustments based on market trends, competitor benchmarks, and profitability targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance across products, categories, regions, and customer segments.
- Prepare reports and presentations that clearly explain findings and recommendations related to sales, distribution, and strategies.
- Help forecast future products, sales, and market trends using historical data.
- Recommend improvements to data collection, reporting processes, and analytical frameworks.
- Stay current with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

- Ability to understand strategy and align tactical work around that strategy.
- Ability to understand the end-user and the drive to ensure that projects meet those needs.
- Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques within Excel

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business or three years’ experience in consumer goods or beverages or similar industry
- Preferred to have experience in Margin Minder, Power BI, or similar reporting system to analyze data.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
