ALL ABOUT STYLE: A team of consultants who understand meeting guests where they are and delivering for them through strong operations, guest experience and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. A Style Consultant is focused on strong operations and an incredible guest experience, with in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is set full with the right product, accurately priced and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and customer needs.
• Sort truck freight, move freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as products sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by routing merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks; engage to solve their needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).

The Good News:
We offer training to teach you the skills needed to be a Style Consultant. We expect the following from candidates:

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly; stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with or without assistance
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance
• Be able to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.)
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary
