At Sam's Club, you will be part of a team that delivers excellent service to members while upholding Walmart values. This role focuses on membership support, customer service, safety, and accuracy in processing orders and memberships.

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participates in sales and marketing events and works to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and opportunities for improvement; and adapts to change.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
