Supports a world‑class customer experience by leading the operations execution of the store. Assists the flow of product at all stages including inventory, receiving, product placement, backstock, and restocking efficiency. Ensures all inventory processes are complete and accurate, and the store is maintained to meet Brand Standards.

• Support timely execution of shipment processing, including 48‑hour turnaround from delivery, product placement, ASN acknowledgement, damages, inventory accuracy counts, transfers, and retention of all inventory management paperwork (60% of time).
• Maintain brand standards, efficient stockroom, sales‑floor cleanliness, support planogram updates, marketing merchandising floor sets, and price changes (60% of time).
• Understand and use company technology and tools for inventory processes and omni‑channel experience; comply with safety and Loss Prevention policies (30% of time).
• Maintain safety and Loss Prevention compliance; support inventory control procedures & HAZMAT (30%).
• Work well with others, provide excellent customer service, participate in onboarding and training of new associates, advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging (10%).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs of business, including before or after hours.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to execute brand standards and follow company guidelines.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Capacity to lift and carry heavy boxes and place product on all shelves.
• Ability to follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

• Effective communicator, proactive and quick at resolving complex issues.
• Flexible, agile, adept at pivoting through change; strong organizational skills and strategic thinker.

The position requires physical exertion including standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. May require occasional travel to other stores.
