Assistant Managers support the Store Manager and other team members in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience.

• Manage the store team’s Guest Service behaviors, providing coaching to ensure guests are greeted warmly and their needs are met.
• Support the Store Manager in building and developing a strong team through training, scheduling, coaching, and fostering engagement aligned with company values.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence, sales objectives, and store controls.
• Assist in maintaining the store's appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards, including the coffee station, food service area, and restrooms.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure 100% in-stock rate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or during SM’s absence.

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year retail or food service experience, with completion of Assistant Manager Training.
• Preferred experience includes 1-2 years in retail, guest service, or restaurant leadership.
• Serv Safe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

• Comfortable interacting with guests and team members.
• High energy and adaptability.
• Team-oriented with willingness to help others.
• Basic computer skills helpful.

• Primarily second shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
• Travel 5-10% for store coverage and meetings; must have own vehicle for deposits.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours.

• Special attire required (hats, gloves, etc.).
