Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach members when needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages, maintain a safe and clean environment, and have the opportunity to grow their career.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends
• Must pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must obtain a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
