The Good Life Med Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Comfortability to take Med Surg assignments – please decline if not
Previous experience with our types of patients above, including IMC/stepdown acuity and Neuro
Ability to read/interpret cardiac strips, chest tubes, trach care (no fresh traches), NGT tube placement and management, JP drains, line management – PICC/Midline/CVL/PIV placement, wound vacs (Wound Care RN will change out the vac but RN must know how to assess and will need to change to wet/dry dressing in case of malfunction), wound care/dressing changes, medication administration, TPN/tube feeding, blood product transfusions, urinary and fecal collection devices
Drip titration of below medications:
most commonly – Heparin, Insulin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Levophed (up to 5 mcg), occasionally esmolol drips (will train if traveler has not done these) or other Beta blockers or other antihypertensives
