Class A properties in Rapid City, SD. Responsibilities

• General/preventive maintenance
• Repairs on all physical structures visar certain facility equipment.
• Grounds maintenance
• Compliance with established safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Painting apartments
• Completion of daily assigned work orders
• Maintain inventory levels
• Trained in maintenance of swimming pools and spas
• Maintenance is on call for a week at a time on a 24-hour basis. The schedule is on a rotating basis between other maintenance staff as assigned.

• Starting at $19 per hour
