We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to keep every aspect of the hotel running smoothly. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

• Complete work orders promptly and record all maintenance tasks.
• Execute preventive maintenance for interior and exterior areas, inspecting and servicing equipment before issues arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure mechanical areas (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are safe, orderly, and clean.
• Deliver high‑quality maintenance work with a strong focus on customer service.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and other maintenance record‑keeping applications).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Dependable, professional demeanor with a consistent approach.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, including experience with electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and relevant maintenance equipment.
