The Doctor is a board certified dermatologist, national speaker, and author redefining patient centered care in cosmetic and medical dermatology. With over 20 years of experience, she blends cutting edge science with a holistic, ethical, and safety first approach to aesthetics.

The Doctor is a nationally recognized expert, who serves on advisory boards for leading skin care and aesthetic companies, speaks at industry conferences, and appears regularly in national and local media. Her expertise has been featured in Better Homes & Gardens, New Beauty, Byrdie, and recurring television segments. She also serves as a national media expert for the American Academy of Dermatology.

We are hiring multiple roles as part of our founding team and encourage applications from individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) physician assistants or nurse practitioners- holds degree with appropriate licensure, dermatology experience preferred
• Medical Assistants (MAs)-holds certification or equivalent clinical experience
• Front desk, customer relations coordinators-hospitality, healthcare, or high-end service experience is preferred

The ideal candidate is adaptable, professional, detail, oriented, and aligned with a high touch, luxury. Patient experience. Roles and responsibilities will be tailored based on training, licensure, and experience.

Role Specific Responsibilities

PA/NP

• Deliver high-quality medical and cosmetic dermatologic care under the supervision of a board certified dermatologist.
• perform skin exams, biopsies, and manage common dermatologic conditions
• Participate in cosmetic treatments based on training and comfort level
• Document accurately and efficiently in the EMR
• Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical team to ensure exceptional outcomes

MA

• Prepare exam rooms and assist with clinical procedures
• support providers during medical and aesthetic visits
• Perform patient intake, vitals, and documentation
• Maintain clinical supplies, room, flow, and infection control standards
• Serve as a calm, compassionate presence for patients throughout their visit
• Provide a warm, polished first impression for every patient
• manage scheduling, check in /check out, and patient communications
• Support concierge level service from inquiry to follow up
• Assist with practice, organization, coordination, and daily operations
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and efficiency, and a luxury setting
