Job Description:

Seeking a qualified OR Tech - CST with a minimum of 2 years of experience in OR, specifically with Level 1 or 2 trauma, to provide assistance during surgical procedures. Candidates must live more than 100 miles away from the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in surgical procedures across various specialties including Urology, Neuro, Ortho, Robotic, General, Podiatry, and ENT.
• Collaborate with the surgical team including RN/First Assist/Surg Tech, Nurse Clinician, CRN, and others.
• Maintain readiness to float to Central Sterile Processing as needed.

Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification and BLS required. CST-NBSTSA preferred.
• Associate degree in a healthcare-related field or graduate from an accredited surgical tech program (not required if nationally certified).
• Experience with Davinci XI and Craniotomy is required for Trauma cases.
• Proficiency in using the EPIC charting system.
