Surgical Technician

** $1,500 Signing Bonus**

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, skilled Surgical Technician to join our dedicated surgical team. This is your chance to make a difference in patients’ lives while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• 4-day work week
• Daytime hours – no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Starting pay at $22.00/hour, depending on experience

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and ready.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, managing supplies, and anticipating needs.
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow strict safety and infection-control protocols.
• Care for surgical instruments before, during, and after operations.

• Prior medical experience required.
• Graduate from a Surgical Technology program and Certification (CST) preferred but will consider eligible candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
