• Create or modify 3D models and metadata entry for use in 3D architectural projects.
• Verifying 3D models and metadata meet the customer’s needs while also adhering to Client's Engineering Standards.
• Use Autodesk Revit software for storing BIM models, creating BIM models, and maintaining models with product updates.
• Collaborate with marketing team and peers to troubleshoot design issues along with 3D models and metadata coding issues and discrepancies.
• Complete projects in a timely manner to meet customer due dates and the team lead’s project schedule.
• Communicate to the team lead any delays or issues that are encountered during a project so that the project schedule can be kept up to date.

Educational Requirements:

Required:

Minimum Technical school diploma or certificate in Computer Aided Drafting (or 5+ years of Computer Aided Drafting experience)

Preferred: AAS degree in Computer Aided Drafting
