Monument Health in Rapid City is seeking a full‑time BE/BC Urologist to join our practice.

Join a busy 5 urologist practice. 1:9 Call. APP support provided.

Monument Health Rapid City Hospital is (a 417‑bed regional tertiary care center, (Level 2 Trauma Center) that covers a 5 state region. State‑of‑the‑art equipment and experienced staff, including experienced first assists. Three Da Vinci robotic systems, including the SP system, with plans to add a 4th system. A desire to join our 3 robotics‑trained surgeons in developing a robotic practice is a plus for this position.

The full range of medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties are available to support a robust surgical practice, including outstanding critical care, hospitalist, interventional cardiology, radiology, pathology, oncolocy, radiation oncology and other services. Active tumor board. Collegial, physician‑driven environment with active physician leadership in the organization.

Highly competitive base salary of $629K. Productivity bonus incentive opportunities start from day one. Starting and retention bonuses of up to $162,900.
