Patient Coordinator

Are you a people‑person who loves creating positive first impressions? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment? Our growing orthodontic practice is looking for a Patient Coordinator to be the friendly face and helpful guide for our patients and families.

• Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule new patient exams, consultations, and follow‑up appointments
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient communication
• Coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth, on‑time appointments
• Verify insurance, explain benefits, and assist with financial arrangements
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Work closely with doctors and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established systems and processes
• Comfort using computers, scheduling software, and phone systems
• Prior dental or orthodontic experience preferred (but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!)
• A team player with a positive attitude and patient‑first mindset
