Location & RelocationBased at Epic’s campus in Madison, WI. Relocation assistance provided for national hires. Candidates should live within 45 minutes of the campus or be willing to relocate.
Job SummaryAs a member of our Administrative team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to callers and internal teams. Your role will involve handling inbound inquiries,, and ensuring every visitor receives a warm, efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly tone.
- Assist callers with information and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update relevant records in our system.
- Support other administrative projects and help ensure smooth daily operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Available to work Monday‑Friday, 12:00 pm‑8:00 pm, with weekend responsibilities every 12th week.
- Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
