Central Supply Manager and Business Office Assistant

Responsibilities

As a Business Office Assistant and Central Supply Manager you are instrumental in the efficiency of operations throughout the facility. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care they expect. Key duties include:

  • Oversee the operations and personnel of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Provide business office clerical support to the facilities team.
  • Greet and monitor all guests entering the facility.
  • Direct calls and guests to the appropriate party.
  • Oversee delivery of mail and packages, including receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail.
  • Order nursing and office supplies.
Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass a background check, pre‑employment UA, and pre‑employment physical.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in hospitality.
