General Manager – Rantoul, IL

We are looking for a dynamic, hands‑on leader to manage the daily operations of our Rantoul location, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability.

• Oversee all store operations: staffing, inventory control, cost control, cash control and customer relations.
• Maintain 100% compliance with policy and procedure, setting a strong example for all crew members.
• Prepare, receive and process telephone orders; operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients and manage storage systems, including walk‑in coolers and production areas.
• Ensure store cleanliness, schedule adherence, and a perfect image at all times.
• Perform regular inventory counts and complete associated paperwork.
• Train new employees, conduct orientation and ongoing coaching.
• Drive store profitability through marketing, sales strategies and operational efficiencies.

• Management experience required.
• Experience in a quick‑service restaurant or similar high‑volume environment is a plus.
• Strong math, multitasking and judgment skills.

• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking: frequent short distances; ability to walk between store, vehicle and customer locations.
• Lifting: occasional lifting of up to 50 lb cases (3′ × 1.5′)
• Carrying: regularly carry large cans, sauce, trays and pizzas.
• Pushing/Pulling: move trays on dollies, pull small equipment.
• Climbing: navigate stairs or ladders as needed.
• Steady posture and flexibility for reaching, bending and kneeling.

• $15‑$20 /hr in store & $9‑/hr on the road, with opportunities to earn $50k‑$75k/yr
• Monthly bonus, paid mileage and employee discounts on all food items.
