Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our team at our clinic in Rantoul, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Family Medicine APP works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse, and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting.
• Possibility for in-office procedures.
• Broad scope of patients including mostly adults, roughly 20% pediatrics.

Education Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.

Consideration for new grads with extensive nursing ICU/ED experience.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.

The compensation range for this position is $55.13 - $71.67/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will depend on various factors including experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and the compensation model.
