Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s) and maintain appearance in uniform.;
Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations and greet customers politely.;
Maintain attendance and accurate timekeeping; report to work on time and in uniform.;
Provide regular feedback to the RGM, participate in training, and handle conflicts to resolution.
