Registered Nurse; RN

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Youth Consultation Service (YCS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary treatment team, including Psychiatrists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Residential Counselors.

This position provides nursing coverage across three residential locations:

* Davinchi - Branchburg, NJ

* Emmans - Flanders, NJ

* Pamela - Randolph, NJ

Key Responsibilities

* Provide nursing coverage across assigned residential and group home sites.

* Meet daily with Site Administrators to review assignments and priorities.

* Deliver medical care, promote health maintenance, and provide health education to clients.

* Arrange and/or accompany clients to medical appointments and follow-up screenings in a timely manner (within two weeks).

* Administer immunizations in accordance with New Jersey State law and maintain accurate immunization records.

* Oversee the ordering, storage, and control of medications and first aid supplies.

Qualifications

* Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.

* Minimum of one year of nursing experience working with adults.

* Experience supporting individuals with psychiatric and/or medical needs preferred.

* Bachelor's degree preferred.
