• BCBA delivers direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manages a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing staff, holding team meetings, and consulting families regarding treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns.

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to perform rigorous job demands, including standing, sitting, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs., and crouching or crawling for long periods.
