Our client, a professional service firm in the large construction space is hiring a CFO for their organization. This role is ideal for someone out of a $500 mil or more Construction Co and can scale a company up. This role will replace the current CFO and is open due to retirement. This person will be a key member of the organization as they grow revenue.
This role will handle all accounting and finance while also managing a medium staff. Delegation, yet being hands‑on will be key. This person needs to be hands‑on and able handle the full accounting cycle tagged w/HR duties (many hats) as well as guide/lead/hire while they grow.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years as a Controller or CFO, Must be out of Construction (understand POC, WIP, AIA)
- CPA a plus
- Ability to work in‑office
