Overview
Our client, a professional service firm in the construction space, is hiring a CFO for their organization. This role is ideal for someone out of a construction company with revenue up to a billion dollars. This role will replace the current CFO and is open due to retirement. This person will be a key member of the organization as they grow revenue.
Responsibilities- Handle all accounting and finance while also managing a medium staff.
- Be hands-on and delegate; manage the full accounting cycle and contribute to HR duties (many hats).
- Guide, lead, and hire as the company grows.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years as a Controller or CFO, must be out of Construction (understand POC, WIP, AIA)
- CPA a plus
- Ability to work in-office
