SUMMER 2026 DATES and TIMES:
Week 1: June 15 - 19, 2026
Week 2: June 22 - 26, 2026
Week 4: July 6 - 10, 2026
Week 5: July 13 - 17, 2026

AM SESSION: 8:15am - 12:45pm
PM SESSION: 12:45pm - 5:15pm

COMPENSATION: $55.00 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience as camp supervisor or relevant instructional role
• Experience teaching or leading activities in relevant skill area
• Teacher Certification Preferred

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Explorers Directors are responsible for planning, organizing and implementing age-appropriate, engaging lessons and activities for various age groups 4th - 11th grade dependent upon session offerings in their specialty content area.

SPECIALITY POSITIONS INCLUDE:

• MUSIC: ORCHESTRA, BAND & VOCAL/CHORUS - AM only
• ART: AM & PM Offerings
• COMPUTER GAMING/Esports & Dungeon's & Dragon's combined course :
  
  - PM only
• CULINARY: AM & PM Offerings

Directors will lead daily activities to foster teamwork and contribute to creating an unforgettable summer experience for campers. Directors may work up to four camp weeks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Plan and submit lesson plans before the start of summer
• Submit supply lists prior to start of camp to ensure materials are available
• Implement activities and lessons daily throughout the course offering
• Maintain and inventory all supplies
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Camp Program Manager
