Nursing Supervisor, Evenings

Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located close to the Quincy Center train station, is currently seeking a Nursing Supervisor to join our team. Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. • Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification. RN preferred
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervise nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
  
  Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
• This is a Monday through Friday role with on call rotation.
