Monday-Friday, Flexible hours - $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Location: 164 Parkingway in Quincy MA

Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking
Full-Time Charge Nurse, RN or LPN! Long Term Care experience preferred! Hancock Park is a 142-bed, 6 unit nursing home facility specializing in long term & short term care. Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role.

EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES IN SHORT TERM REHAB AND LONG TERM CARE!

Requirements for Charge Nurse:

Must possess valid unencumbered, RN or LPN State License and current CPR certification
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Experience in long-term care preferred

Job Duties for Charge Nurse:

Ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Maintain safety of residents.
Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
On-call weekend rotations (approximately every 4-5 weeks)
