MA Level IHT (In Home Therapy) Clinician

The Master s Level IHT Clinician provides clinical treatment, support, assistance, and clinical case management to children, youths and families at risk of and/or with a history of psychiatric or substance abuse disorder. Children, youth and families will be self-referred or referred for services by DCF, DMH, other state agency, schools, or other providers.

• Be responsible for assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment and safety planning;
• Provide clinical case management and linkages to community supports, resources, and opportunities;
• Coordinate a multi-modal approach to care including individual, family, and group treatment in the home and other community settings;
• Provide intensive family treatment and support interventions that assist the youth and family to overcome challenges posed by behaviors associated with the youth and family s condition;
• Coordinate care with schools, service providers, and other entities that provide support to assure that the approaches taken are integrated and clinically coherent;

• Required education: a Master s Degree in Mental Health or Related Field
• Required experience:
  
  at least 1 year of clinical experience
• Required language: bilingual is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
