• Assist stylists and service professionals in delivering seamless, personalized guest experiences
• Prepare stations, maintain a spotless, luxury environment, and manage laundry and inventory
• Greet guests, support check-in/out, and help maintain appointment flow
• Shampoo, prep, and provide scalp/retail consultations under supervision
• Participate in training, education programs, and team meetings to advance your skills
• Support salon retail sales and product knowledge initiatives

• A cosmetology graduate with a valid Massachusetts cosmetology license (Required)
• Fashion-forward, polished, and passionate about beauty and luxury service
• A strong team player with excellent communication and a professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to growing in a high-performance salon environment
• Eager to learn, embrace new technology, and participate in ongoing education
• Must wear all black; presentation is professional and the attention is on our clients, not us
• Availability for day and night shifts preferred
• Availability to work every weekend
• Ability to commute to Randolph, MA 02368 (Required)

• Clear, defined progression:
  Assistant → Apprentice → Associate Stylist → Advanced Stylist → Master Stylist → Creative Director
• Hands‑on, floor‑based training led by our Creative Directors; mentorship includes real client work, technical refinement, business coaching, and performance goals
• Structured goals and regular reviews to measure progress and unlock promotions, commission changes, and leadership opportunities

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
