Tax Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Tax Accountant to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, and providing strategic tax planning support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize compliance.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely filing of all tax documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or EA designation preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
