We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to support our Horlick brand. This role will work out of our Randolph, MA location.

Our Horlick brand is a leading provider of motor-generator sets and custom control panels for the industrial industry, which supports automation, batching, packaging, HVAC, robotics, and combustion control. Check us out at  or !

As our Electrical Design Engineer
, you will help the Operations Teams design custom engineered control panels used to automate industrial equipment across a range of different industries. These industries include food processing, packaging, HVAC, vacuum process, chemical, oil/gas and water/wastewater (just to name a few!). Every day you will design engineered panels using AutoCAD Electrical, review/interpret specifications to build products used for industrial automation applications and create bills of materials and documentation for the manufacturing of control panels.

You will also work in close cooperation with Operation Coordinators, Sales, and external customers to ensure understanding and to obtain required information.

• Experience with designing industrial controls
• Experience creating schematics using AutoCAD Electrical
• Familiarity with UL508/698A and NFPA
  70E standards and their applications

Previous PLC programming and HMI development skills and a 2-year Electrical Engineering degree with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• What are the hours? Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• What is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year plus 8 paid holidays.
• What is the starting wage? The starting salary for this position is $87,800 – $101,000/year depending on experience.
