We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Beecome More. This role is perfect for a self-driven professional with a proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales within the B2B market.
- Identify and Generate Leads:
Proactively source and identify new business opportunities in the B2B market. - Sales Presentations:
Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers using strong communication skills and product knowledge. - Build and Maintain Relationships:
Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target companies. - Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, using a data-driven approach to track and measure performance. - Close Sales:
Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on closing high-value sales. - Client Management:
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, upsell where possible, and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. - Email Marketing:
Use email marketing to promote programmes and follow-up on leads generated. - Portal Updates:
Utilise lead generation via the client portal and update content. - Social media:
Use social media to increase brand awareness and generate sales. - Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback. - Admin & Ad-hoc activity: CRM database management, general administration, and supporting events and exhibitions.
- Use of Initiative:
Use your own initiative to find creative solutions, grow sales, overcome objections and close deals
- Goal-Oriented:
Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. - Proven Sales Record:
Demonstrated success in closing sales in a B2B environment, with a history of meeting or surpassing sales goals. - Professionalism:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally at all times. - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively to achieve sales objectives.
- Ambitious and Driven:
Highly motivated to grow within the role, with a desire to take on increasing responsibility and pursue career growth. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike.
- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and strategies for overcoming objections.
- Ability to record data to manage leads and track progress.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
