The Registered Nurse of Psychiatric and Behavioral Health care supports assessment, stabilization, and therapeutic intervention for patients presenting with acute psychiatric needs.

• Cross train in both the inpatient psych unit and the newly constructed dedicated Behavioral Health Emergency Department.
• Float between the two units after onboarding.
• Provide therapeutic psychiatric care to patients in crisis.
• Support de-escalation, stabilization, and safety-centered treatment.

• RN license in Maryland.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• Psychiatric or Behavioral Health experience preferred.
• Emergency Behavioral Health experience preferred but not required.
