Schedule – Shift –

Hours:

Part-time – Evening shift – 4:00pm-12:30am.

Responsible for the preparation, display and service of all food items for patients, special functions, and cafeteria service. Maintains high standards of sanitation and safety in the work area.

• Prepares hot and/or cold foods for patients, cafeteria service, and special functions.
• Follows standardized recipes on production sheet to produce foods according to established par levels and to minimize food waste, and ensures that the food is cooked to the appropriate temperature.
• Reviews portion size and serving utensils with Cafeteria Cooks & Special Function Aide.
• Prepares all baked goods for patient services, cafeteria service, special functions.
• Prepares hot & cold food items for special functions as needed.

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Serve Safe Food Handler (Preferred).
