Patient Access Associate- Prn

Overview

Promotes successful operations while enhancing the customer experience by engaging in activities that support Patient Access. The Patient Access PRN is responsible for interviewing patients and patient representatives to perform complete, timely and accurate registrations in support of the Revenue Cycle.

• Interview patients and patient representatives to complete accurate and timely registrations.
• Support the Revenue Cycle by ensuring registrations are complete, timely and accurate.

• Formal working knowledge equivalent to an associate's degree (2 years college).
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
