RN Shift Supervisor - Full Time Nights at Future Care Health
Base pay range$40.50/hr - $56.00/hr

Sign-on Bonus
: $10,000 sign-on bonus for full‑time hires.
The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives, if applicable, are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider overall experience, job‑related qualifications, location, certifications/training, and other factors.
Responsibilities- Supervise all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shift.
- Assess staffing and resident needs and direct care.
- Work primarily with an adult geriatric population.
- Serve as a role model for staff through provision of safe, effective, and efficient nursing care; supervise clinical aspects of nursing.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Nursing Department.
- Interface with others to ensure efficient unit operations.
- Seek opportunities for own growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency.
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- 1–3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills.
- Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility.
- Must possess a current CPR license.
