Work Location: 23121 Antonio Pkwy, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688
Schedule: Per Diem. Thursday mornings (7–11am) required + optional additional hours to fit your schedule
Pay Rates based on class size

• 1-4 people $30
• 5 people $35
• 6 people $40
• 7 people $45
• 8 people $50

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead small group classes and private sessions. This is a unique opportunity to work with clients who are transitioning from physical therapy into Pilates, helping them rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in a supportive environment.

As part of our team, you will:

• Teach reformer classes (up to 8 participants) and 1:1 sessions
• Modify and progress exercises for all fitness levels and recovery stages
• Create a welcoming, positive, and motivating class environment
• Represent Spine & Sport with professionalism and reliability

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (required)
• Passion for helping clients move, recover, and thrive
• Strong communication and adaptability with diverse fitness levels
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and client-focused
