• Starting pay $21 per hour
• Quarterly reviews for hourly pay increases up to $25 per hour

• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Hiring and training salon consultants to help achieve salon goals
• Maintaining a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening and closing the business
• Performing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walking customers to their rooms and teaching them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first‑time users
• Attending off‑site sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (approximately 7 hours per day)
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
