PositionDescription
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of 20-30 production associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards while providing guidance, support, and training to maximize productivity and align performance with company goals and policies.
- Production Oversight: Monitor and manage production processes to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing of medical devices, while collaborating with quality control, logistics, and other departments to streamline workflows.
- Training and Development: Train new team members on production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control measures, while providing ongoing development opportunities to enhance their skills.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between team members and departments to ensure smooth operations, while reporting production status, challenges, and achievements to higher management.
- 4-year degree in Business Administration or Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Read, write, speak and communicate effectively with other team members, and comprehend work and safety instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds often.
- Ability to work in clean rooms and lab environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Prior experience in SAP or other ERP data management systems
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and production, or process-driven work environments
