Position

Description

The Associate Customer Relations Representative at Applied Medical plays an important role in supporting customers, internal teams, and efficient order management processes. This position ensures timely and accurate entry of customer orders, clear communication with external customers, and effective coordination with departments such as Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter customer orders accurately and follow established Customer Relations processes and workflows.
  • Comprehend and comply with Applied Medical safety rules, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with external customers to address inquiries, share information, and support order accuracy.
  • Communicate with internal teams, including Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping, to coordinate order-related activities.
  • Assist with department tasks and cross-functional projects as assigned.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation related to customer interactions and order updates.
  • Support continuous improvements that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.

  • Provide responsive, professional customer service that strengthens relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry that supports on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Contribute to team goals through collaboration, adaptability, and consistent follow-through.
  • Uphold high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service quality in daily responsibilities.
Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Have more than one year of customer service experience in a call center setting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Maintain attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order entry and communication.
Preferred
  • Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP).
  • Familiarity with order management or customer support systems used in manufacturing or medical device environments.
