Focus Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic, patient-focused team in Rancho Santa Margarita. If you love helping people move better, recover faster, and stay active—and you thrive in a positive, growth-oriented environment—this is the opportunity for you!

• $30–$37/hour based on experience & certifications
• Flexible part-time schedule with room to grow
• AI-assisted documentation system (less screen time, more patient time)

• Opportunity to work 1-on-1 with patients in 40–60 min sessions
• Exposure to innovative treatment methods like Astym, AFS, Stemwave, concierge care, and movement analysis
