the crm jr. Admin is responsible for managing, updating and maintaining crm records to enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate is data driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented, possess strong verbal and written communication skills. The crm jr. Admin will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that the crm system aligns with organizational goals and supports effective data management.

responsibilities (but not limited to)
  • maintain and update records in a crm system with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • conduct crm system administration tasks, including data entry, maintain processes, notification settings, and data integrity checks.
  • create, coordinate and assist in crm sop, strategies and usage across departments (sales, marketing, support).
  • build and maintain crm processes to support the company initiatives, ensuring optimal performance.
  • generate reports and insights from crm data for decision-making across departments.
your qualifications
  • 1-2 years hands‑on crm experience supporting database updates in a professional setting.
  • eager to learn quickly and adopt usage of important crm tools and protocols.
  • highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • proficiency with microsoft excel, with the ability to manage data, build reports, and check for accuracy.

this position offers a full‑time hybrid schedule from monday to friday. During the initial 90 days, your commitment will be full‑time in the office, making this opportunity ideal for local applicants within commuting distance.

pay range
  • $54,080.00 - $62,400.00 per year / $26.00 - $30.00 per hour doe.
