Movement Search & Delivery is partnering with a company in Rancho Santa Margarita to help them hire a Logistics Coordinator. The role ensures that customer requests, work orders, schedules, and resources are aligned so field work is completed on time and to quality standards. They will need to be incredibly organized, familiar with scheduling and able to work with customers. This role will be Onsite five days a week at their office in Rancho Santa Margarita.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians.
  • Assign work orders based on skill set, location, and availability.
  • Adjust schedules in real time when emergencies or delays occur.
  • Create, track, and close work orders in the company’s service management system.
  • Ensure all required documentation, parts, and instructions are included.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service appointments.
  • Provide updates on technician arrival times, delays, or follow‑up needs.
  • Arrange equipment, tools, and materials needed for field jobs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
  • Prepare reports on technician performance, job completion rates, and service metrics.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts or field issues.
  • Assist technicians with information, documentation, or customer details.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling or field‑service software (e.g., Service Now, Salesforce Field Service, SAP FSM)
  • Ability to stay calm and adapt in fast‑changing situations
  • Basic understanding of technical or industry‑specific terminology
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in dispatching, operations coordination, or customer service is often preferred
